FUTURE PERFECT

Making health and care
maximally intelligent to raise their
safety, quality and efficiency.

Welcome to
Future Perfect (Healthcare).

The problem that we aim to solve:

Traditional organisational silos provide health and care services.

1

Care is discontinuous, so is the electronic record-keeping.

4

Each silo invests in digital to benefit its own services.

2

Safety and timeliness of care cannot improve.

5

But patients regularly traverse silos and are ill-served by this model.

3

Pathway-wide innovation is very difficult.

The Future Perfect solution:

Working with your existing systems infrastructure, our PANACEA solution can deliver
interoperable, Cancer, cardiac and COVID services must interact across hospitals, GP, community and social care services. If healthcare practice is interactive, then the information supporting it must also be.
real-time Complex and urgent care requires all clinicians to work with “live” information. Otherwise, there is serious risk of clinically unacceptable errors being made.
electronic care records
patient-centred The patient expects all those in attendance to work together, off a common “song-sheet”, that includes history, as well as pathway forward care plans.

open standards Transparent and published technical standards that assure vendor-neutrality, so that patient data is no longer controlled by IT systems vendors.
clinical repository.Solely moving data between systems offers limited value: an acute EPR can import/export its data but will never hold any greater functionality than that of being an acute EPR, the same for mental health, community, social or primary care systems. PANACEA’s clinical repository (openEHR) holds the integrated record.

By so doing, we remove technical and commercial barriers to the flow of intelligence:
Across any local Integrated Care System, supporting integrated place-based care.
Between organisations in hub-and-spoke regional or even national services, such as Cancer networks, Genomic laboratory and other highly specialist diagnostic services, or new “Long COVID” service centres.

This robust platform allows for further major innovations, such as integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools with the integrated patient record. We co-develop and host leading AI clinical decision support systems.

We will safely enable constant innovation of health and care.

Our "Future Perfect" will be recognised when:

Our Solutions

We deliver and promote interoperable, real-time, patient-centred electronic care records, by removing both technical and commercial barriers to the flow of intelligence.

PANACEA

PANACEA is our digital care pathway record system, that works with the internationally accredited openEHR open standards clinical repository. Developed with modern components-based architecture, we can supplement existing clinical records systems with those of PANACEA, all fully interoperable. We integrate non–open standards clinical systems’ data into PANACEA, to become part of the integrated whole-pathway record.

AI Clinical Decision Support

We are specialists in Artificial Intelligence for clinicians delivering integrated care. AI tools are proving vital to improving accuracy and efficiency of care pathways, for example, lessening dependence on high-cost hospital services. For the entire product lifecycle of AI applications, our PANACEA platform enables their development, proof of concept, clinical trialling and implementation.

OpenEHR eLearning

We are the UK reseller of openEHR introduction and awareness eLearning, the only authoritative such course, filling a growing need as openEHR becomes more important to health informaticians, CIOs and Chief Clinical Information Officers.
